Are Kaleidos Makeup products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are a 100% cruelty-free brand. All of our products are vegan and we do not test on animals at any stage of the production process.
How can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy for makeup items?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
